Having served our community for over 60 years, Mountain Gateway Community College (ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ) hasÌýa rich history of providing opportunities for tens of thousands of individuals to meet theirÌýeducational and career goals. Our community college is the place where individuals – of allÌýages – who never dreamed of a college education are finding themselves on the path to theÌýAmerican Dream.
This strategic plan, A Gateway to a New Era of Success: A Strategic Plan for Mountain Gateway Community College 2022-2028, continues our commitment to student success, workforce andÌýcommunity development, and employee success. In addition, ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ reaffirms our commitmentÌýand dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. College, and especially ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ, is for all andÌýnot just the few.
We are privileged to have had the contributions of so many people who truly care—fromÌýcommunity leaders to employers to benefactors to governmental representatives and volunteersÌýfrom the community at large. The impact of that level of interest and support may be seen andÌýfelt daily by our faculty, staff and students, and the large number of people who are excited andÌýwho approach the building of a great community college with a passion. These individuals areÌýwhy ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ has been successful for six decades.
